Arnica, nettle, sage and black bryony are gathered from the mountain flora around Valea Zalanului or grown in the garden. The carrier oils are pressed locally, and every batch is blended by hand.

How to use
Apply a generous amount to the sore or tired area.
Massage until absorbed before training or after physical activity.
